Application Details

 

1. Only GIRLS born between 1st September 2020 and 31st December 2021 are eligible for application. Please do not apply if your girl is overaged or underaged.

3. Application documents must be submitted to the School Office by hand on the following dates:
  9th – 21st October, 2023 Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon   
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.     
Saturday
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon   
*Closed on Sundays and Public Holiday   
  Please DO NOT send applications by MAIL or COURIER.
4. Application documents should be arranged in the following order during submission.  Please clip the documents at the top left hand corner.  Do NOT put them into any file or clear folder.
  a. A fully completed application form  
  b. A photocopy of the student’s Hong Kong I.D. Card / Birth Certificate ∇ Bring along the original
  c. A photocopy of the Certificate of Baptism (if any) ∇ Bring along the original
  d. Other supplementary documents / information (maximum TWO A4 single-sided pages)
  e. Two self-addressed stamped envelope with the student as addressee ($2.2 stamp)
  f. A non-refundable application fee of HK$40 (Please pay the exact amount in cash. No change would be given.)
  ∇ All originals would be returned after verification.

Application for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”
1. Under the kindergarten (KG) education scheme (hereafter referred to as “Scheme”), each child who can receive education in Hong Kong will only be issued a registration document and all Scheme-KGs can only admit students holding a valid registration document.
2. Parents are required to submit an application for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred to as “RC”) to the EDB from September to November 2023. The “RC” will be open for applications in September 2023 and the EDB will announce and upload the details of application onto the EDB’s website https://www.edb.gov.hk/k1-admission_e ) in due course. Upon receipt of the applications with all necessary information and documents provided, the EDB will generally take six to eight weeks to complete processing of the applications and issue the “RC” to applicants who are eligible for receiving subsidy under the Scheme by post. If a student cannot obtain an “RC” as he/she can receive education in Hong Kong but is not eligible for receiving subsidy under the Scheme#, the EDB will then issue a “Kindergarten Admission Pass” (hereafter referred to as “AP”) to the student concerned for registration and admission to a Scheme-KG but the parents concerned are required to pay full school fees before deduction of subsidy under the Scheme as shown on the Fees Certificate of the KG to which the child is admitted.

 

# Upon obtaining permission from the Director of Immigration, non-local children (such as children holding a form of recognizance, children whose parent(s) is/are holding a student visa, etc.) can receive education in Hong Kong but they are not eligible for subsidy under the Scheme.
Admission Criteria:
1. Interview performance
2. With sibling(s) currently in our school
3. With parent alumnus or school associates
4. Residing near school district
＊As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.
 Interview Arrangements:
1. The kindergarten will arrange interview for all applicants. Interview time slot as stated on official application receipt.
2. Interviews will be conducted on 4th or 18th November 2023.
3. Mode of Interview:

Interview will be held by face-to face in talking and playing games. Parent should accompany their child for the interview.
4. Non-Chinese Speaking Children Interview Arrangement:
Our school will arrange interpretation and/or translation service for applicants as necessary, or allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication. Please contact the school in advance for the above arrangement if necessary.
Announcement of Admission Results:
We will inform parents of the K1 admission results before 15th December 2023 on school website and by post.
Registration Arrangements
1. Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 4th to 6th January 2024 (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the “RC” / “AP” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.
2. Applicants on the waiting list: The school will notify the parents by email. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the “RC” / “AP” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
3. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “RC” / “AP” during registration, the kindergarten may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the registration document to EDB within the specified period.
4. The registration fee for 2024/25 K1 place is HK$970. If the child concerned studies in the kindergarten, the registration fee paid will be refunded in September. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the “RC” / “AP” as soon as possible but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “RC” / “AP”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.
School Fee：
1. Our school will continue to join the Kindergarten Education Scheme for the 2024/25 school year.
2. Our school will start to charge additional tuition fees from 2024/25 school year. The amount is subject to the approval from the Education Bureau.
Declaration of the School：
1. All information provided on the Application Form and all items submitted along with the Form are for the admission procedures only. Upon completion of the admission procedures, all forms and items submitted will be destroyed and will NOT be returned.
2. False information will result in disqualification of the applicant.

3. 申請人須於下列日期將申請資料親自交回本校校務處：
  2023年10月9至21日 星期一至五
上午8時30分至正午12時下午1時至下午4時星期六上午8時30分至正午12時*星期日及公眾假期休息
  恕不接受郵遞或速遞遞交申請。
4. 遞交申請時，請把呈交文件按下列次序以萬字夾夾好，毋須把文件放進文件夾內。
  a. 已填妥之申請表格
  b. 學生之身份證 / 出生證明書副本 ∇ 請攜同正本
  c. 學生之天主教領洗紙副本（如適用） ∇ 請攜同正本
  d. 其他補充文件／資料（最多兩頁單面A4紙）
  e. 以學生為收信人之回郵信封2個（貼上$2.2郵票）
  f. 報名費港幣肆拾元正（以現金支付，不設找續。無論申請成功與否，報名費概不退還。）
  ∇所有正本經核對後即時退還。

 

申請「幼稚園入學註冊證」：
1. 在幼稚園教育計劃（下稱「計劃」）下，每名可在本港接受教育的學童只會獲發一張註冊文件，而所有參加計劃的幼稚園，只可取錄持有有效註冊文件的學童。
2. 家長須於 2023年 9 月至 11 月期間為其子女向教育局申請「幼稚園入學註冊證」(下稱「註冊證」)。「註冊證」會於本年 9 月開始接受申請，屆時教育局會公布申請細則，並會在教育局網頁https://www.edb.gov.hk/k1-admission_tc 上載詳情。

如申請人在遞交申請時已提供全部所需資料及文件，教育局一般可在六至八個星期內完成審核，並以郵遞方式發放「註冊證」給合資格接受計劃資助的申請人。如學童可於本港接受教育但不合乎資格接受計劃資助#，而未能獲發「註冊證」，教育局會為有關學童發出「幼稚園入學許可書」（下稱「入學許可書」），學童可憑「入學許可書」註冊並入讀參加計劃的幼稚園，惟其家長須按註冊入讀之幼稚園的收費證明書繳付未扣減計劃資助前的全額學費。

 

#非本地兒童（例如持有擔保書的兒童、其父或母是持有學生簽證的兒童等）須獲得入境事務處處長的許可，才可在香港接受教育，但不會獲得計劃下的資助。
收生準則：

＊請留意由於學位所限，並非所有符合優先考慮的申請人均會獲取錄。
面見安排：
1. 本幼稚園會安排面見所有申請入讀幼兒班的兒童。
2. 面見安排於2023年11月4日或2023年11月18日進行，面試時間將會列印於申請表格之收據上。
3. 面見將以面談或遊戲形式進行，家長須陪同兒童參與面試。
4. 非華語幼兒面見安排:

本校在面見非華語兒童時可按需要為申請人安排傳譯及/或翻譯服務，或接納家長和兒童由懂中文的親友陪同面見，協助溝通。家長如有需要請提早致電本校以作相關安排。
 取錄結果公佈：
本幼稚園將於 2023年 12 月15日在學校網頁公布及以郵寄方式通知家長取錄結果。
註册安排：
1. 正選生：家長須於「統一註册日期」2024年 1 月4日至6日(星期四至星期六)內的指定時間到本幼稚園辦理註册手續，並須提交「註冊證」/「入學許可書」及繳交註冊費。
2. 備取生：本幼稚園會發出電郵通知，請家長於指定日期到本幼稚園辦理註冊手續，並須提交「註冊證」/「入學許可書」及繳交註冊費。
3. 家長請留意，如未能在指定的註冊日期提交「註冊證」/「入學許可書」，本幼稚園或未能為獲取錄兒童完成手續，因此家長務必於指定日期內向教育局申請相關註冊文件。
4. 2024/25學年的註冊費為港幣970元正。如有關兒童入讀本校，本校會於9月退回註冊費，但若家長於註冊後決定為子女轉校，請以書面通知本幼稚園。本幼稚園會儘快退回「註冊證」/「入學許可書」，但註冊費將不獲退還。在取回「註冊證」/「入學許可書」後，本幼稚園亦不會再為該兒童保留學位。
學費：
1. 本校將繼續參加2024/25學年幼稚園教育計劃。
2. 本校將於2024/25學年開始收取額外學費，金額有待教育局批核。
學校聲明：
1. 申請表上提供的所有資料以及隨申請表一起提交的所有項目僅用於入學手續。完成入學手續後，

所有提交的表格和物品將被銷毀，恕不退還。
2. 如提供虛假資料，申請人將被取消入學資格。
