Application Details

Only GIRLS born between 1^st September 2022 and 31^st December 2023 are eligible for application. Please do not apply if your girl is overaged or underaged.

Application procedures:

Step one:

Complete the e-application form between 15^th September, 2025 and 18^th October, 2025

Step two:

Submit the printed copy of the signed and completed application form and the documents ^{(Note 1)} to the school office during office hours ^{(Note 2)} in person between 6^th October, 2025 and 18^th October, 2025 (*Please DO NOT send applications by MAIL or COURIER. )

Note 1 Application documents

Application documents should be arranged in the following order during submission. Please clip the documents at the top left-hand corner. Do NOT put them into any file or clear folder.

a. Hard copy of the fully completed application form

b. A photocopy of the student’s Hong Kong I.D. Card / Birth Certificate (*Bring along the original)

c. A photocopy of the student’s travel document (e.g. overseas passport or Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao), e-Visa (e.g. “Notification Slip for Entry Visa/Permit” or “Notification Slip for Conditions of Stay”) and landing slip

d. A photocopy of the Certificate of Baptism (if any) (*Bring along the original)

e. Other supplementary documents/information (maximum TWO A4 single-sided pages)

f. Two self-addressed stamped envelope with the student as addressee (Size: approximately 230 x 105 mm, with $2.2 stamp)

g. A non-refundable application fee of HK$40 (Please pay the exact amount in cash. No change will be given.)

*All originals would be returned after verification.

Application for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”
1.	Under the kindergarten (KG) education scheme (hereafter referred to as “Scheme”), each child who can receive education in Hong Kong will only be issued a registration document and all Scheme-KGs can only admit students holding a valid registration document.
2.	Parents are required to submit an application for the electronic “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred to as “e-RC”) to the EDB from September to November 2025. The “e-RC” will be open for applications in September 2025 and the EDB will announce and upload the details of application onto the EDB’s website https://www.edb.gov.hk/k1-admission_e ) in due course. Upon receipt of the applications with all necessary information and documents provided, the EDB will generally take six to eight weeks to complete processing of the applications and issue the “e-RC” to applicants who are eligible for receiving subsidy under the Scheme. If a student cannot obtain an “e-RC” as he/she can receive education in Hong Kong but is not eligible for receiving subsidy under the Scheme#, the EDB will then issue an electronic “Kindergarten Admission Pass” (hereafter referred to as “e-AP”) to the student concerned for registration and admission to a Scheme-KG but the parents concerned are required to pay full school fees before deduction of subsidy under the Scheme as shown on the Fees Certificate of the KG to which the child is admitted. # Upon obtaining permission from the Director of Immigration, non-local children (such as children holding a form of recognizance, children whose parent(s) is/are holding a student visa, etc.) can receive education in Hong Kong but they are not eligible for subsidy under the Scheme.
Admission Criteria:
1.	Interview performance
2.	With sibling(s) currently in our school
3.	With parent alumnus or school associates
4.	Residing near school district
＊As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.
Interview Arrangements:
1.	The kindergarten will arrange interviews for all applicants. Interview time slot as stated on the official application receipt.
2.	Interviews will be conducted on 8^th or 22^nd November 2025.
3.	Mode of Interview: Interviews will be held face-to-face talking and playing games. The parent should accompany their child for the interview.
4.	Non-Chinese Speaking Children Interview Arrangement: Our school will arrange interpretation and/or translation services for applicants as necessary, or allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese-speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication. Please contact the school in advance for the above arrangement if necessary.
Announcement of Admission Results: We will inform parents of the K1 admission results by post on 9^th December 2025.
Registration Arrangements
1.	Successful applicants:	Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 8th to 10th January 2026 (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by bringing along the “e-RC” / “e-AP” to the kindergarten for our staff to scan the QR code and pay the registration fee.
2.	Applicants on the waiting list:	The school will notify the parents by email. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to bring along the “e-RC” / “e-AP” to the kindergarten for our staff to scan the QR code and pay the registration fee.
3.	Please be reminded that if parents cannot present the QR code on the “e-RC” / “e-AP” during registration, the kindergarten may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to apply for the registration document from the EDB within the specified period.
4.	The registration fee for the 2026/27 K1 place is HK$970. If the child concerned studies in the kindergarten, the registration fee paid will be refunded in September. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing and bring along the “e-RC” / “e-AP” to school in order to cancel the registration. Please note that once our school scans the QR code on the e-RC to cancel the registration, our school will no longer keep the school place for your child. And the registration fee will not be refunded.
School Fee：
1.	Our school will continue to join the Kindergarten Education Scheme for the 2026/27 school year.
Declaration of the School：
1.	All information provided on the Application Form and all items submitted along with the Form are for the admission procedures only. Upon completion of the admission procedures, all forms and items submitted will be destroyed and will NOT be returned.
2.	False information will result in the disqualification of the applicant.
