Our school participated in the Education Bureau’s School-based Service Support Programme - Children’s Physical Fitness and Health Activities in 2015, and this programme has continued to develop since then. This programme aims to help children understand their bodies through physical activities, develop basic motor skills, and build a strong physique. Additionally, children learn to follow rules, cultivate resilience, and face challenges bravely. By creating an engaging environment and utilizing various materials, teachers design diverse and interesting physical activities. In these activities, children interact and collaborate with their peers to complete tasks, fostering a sense of cooperation, building an interest in physical activities, and developing good habits for a healthy lifestyle.
